Ashley Spring is facing multiple charges

Ashley Spring outside Worcester City Hall 5/13/25, her next court date is June 23rd.

The outspoken Spring had very little to say when asked if she was worried that the US Attorney might charge her with obstruction of federal law enforcement.

Spring, who according to MassLive “directly point at and spray an unknown liquid in a bottle at [Worcester] officers” wears the t-shirt of Neighbor to Neighbor the parent non-profit of the Luce ICE Hotline, which shared information about ICE presence in Worcester on Eureka Street last Thursday.

The Executive Director of N2N is Dalida Rocha a Healey appointee to the state Board of Education.

US Attorney Habba is investigating events at the Delaney Hall facility in NJ last week.

Ashley Spring, who got arrested last week in Worcester and is a candidate for school committee told me she's not worried about being prosecuted by Feds for obstruction. I caught up with her as she was leaving City Hall where she spoke at anti ICE rally. #mapoli

Court Docs: Worcester illegal alien arrested by ICE charged with DV on pregnant woman

REPORT WORCESTER DISTRICT COURT: Can confirm illegal alien arrested last Thurs was charged with domestic violence against a juvenile she "knew or had reason" to know was pregnant. Weapon was a "phone charger cable" max penalty 15 years. Court now aware of ICE arrest. #mapoli
