Meanwhile, video from a deleted Instagram reel shows Worcester City Councilor Etel Haxhiaj holding the hands of the woman ICE was trying to arrest on Thursday, around her own waist, in an effort to prevent ICE form making the arrest. On Saturday ICE issued a statement identifying the woman as Ferreira de Oliveira "violent criminal illegal alien."
